i heard it on the radio that faith had filed last week. just wanting to know what happened?

I have not heard or read anything about Tim and Faith divorcing. In fact just last week I saw a piece on CMT about them celebrating 10 years of marriage. I think you are misinformed.

They are not getting a divorce. I think that you are getting them confused with country singer sara evans who is a close friend of theirs. She filed last week and left the show dancing with the stars.
