Hands down, it is Bret Hart. He owned most of the 90's and most of the wrestlers other people mentioned (The Rock and Stone Cold) didn't come into their own until the late 90's so they don't count and Hogan was more in the 80's (even though he can't really wrestle). Think about it, there was nobody more dominant, more accomplished, and more popular than Bret was during the 90's. Long live the Excellence of Execution, the greatest professional wrestler ever!

Stone Cold Steve Austen.... I'm no t going to say that he single-handedly revolutionized the WWE. It was a combination of a number of people - Vince McMahon, a great creative team, Stone Cold - but the rivalry between Stone Cold as the anti-authority figure feuding against the boss, Vince McMahon was in my opinion the biggest factor in WWE winning the Monday Night Wars over WCW. Stone Cold may not have been the 'best' wrestler but he was certainly the most high-profile and influential.

I agree with you on this one. The Undertaker is the most dominant wrestler of the 90's, bar none! Enough said!
