ok my wife left me for a girl now she wants a dovres anshe has a job but she gets a free lawyer from legal aid an i have to pay for one i dont have a job right now to pay for one she is getting every thing i aint geting anything alls i want is joint custdy of the kids an she wants full an i dont no what to do

represent yourself, or go to court and say that your lawyer is not available at this time and that you would like a general adjournment until your lawyer and her lawyer can work out court date and appearances. did that and it was postponed until i was ready to bring it back into court. try to drag it out for six months because in most divorce courts anything that hap pend more then six months before can not be held against you

First off if you two are still married and she is getting legal aid you should also be able to get. Unless your wife lied about income. You wife should have included your income in her statement for legal aid.
Call the state and turn her in for lieing about income.
Next you call and find some divorced men organizations in your area and ask for help. They will lead you to the places to get help.

Call legal aid, you should be entitle to a free lawyer, especially since you are not working.Legal aid will help you also, call today.
