he backed off and joined the ticket last time as VP for Kerry, But I liked him for the first spot, maybe he is ready now. Hillary is too much of a long shot and too much baggage. we need to win, not just field candidates whose turn it is,

John Edwards is a straight up guy, his father was a mill worker, he grew up poor and has worked hard to fulfill the American Dream. He is working to bring integrity and values back to this country. His family is the most important part of his life, he took time off to take care of his wife when she got cancer, unlike some other politician named Gingrich who divorced his sick wife. You can't go wrong voting for Edwards!

I feel that the democratic party screwed up during the last presidential election. They should of had Edwards as the presidential candidate and Kerry as the V.P. running mate. I think that then maybe the dems. would have stood a chance at winning the election. The problem with Kerry was that he has a lousy personality and it was hard for people to trust or like him. Edwards was more photogenic and a more likeable person.

No I would prefer dawg the bounty hunter. He goes after those who break the rules but he would have to move to Washington. But what a couple they would make in the White House. Honest, straight forward caring people who aren't trying to decieve anyone.

Absolutely. I love the guy. An Edward/Obama ticket might be a winner.

As Kinky Friedman, independent candidate for Texas governor, says..."How hard could it be?" Look who's doing it now. Surely, Edwards could do better.

I would vote for him. We need a lot of changes in Washington and that would be a good beginning.

ha ha. he could "protect" our jobs.
Rather than focusing on a better economy for all, he could pretend to help the working poor, while penalizing all others in the process.
