Say, oops, you forgot my birthday. Forgive him. If he's a good guy, just realize this sometimes happens. He may be very busy or his thoughts scattered right now. Let him make it up to you. Remember, he owes you one, and you may need his forgiveness sometime and then you can call it even!

It is not that important.
I just had a good friend die in a car wreck. She was very feminine, attractive, smart and caring. Mo was also accomplished and hard working on her acting and performing skills. She also took care of a lot of people in her circle of friends.
She well be missed.
Maybe if you overreact with your bf, he maybe missed also. Just think, if you forgive him, you can always remind him of this forgotten birthday, and he will be much better at remembering.
