New England is not the powerhouse that they used to be anymore with all the injuries and no-name WRs. That being said,
New England is 4-1 3-0 Div
Jets are 3-3
Bills are 2-4
Miami is 1-5 0-3 Div
uhm... Mathematically it is still possible... but realistically... I would have to say they really don't have a shot.
I may have given this qustion way too much thought...

Yeah, maybe 1%.
The Patriots would have to fall apart and the Dolphins would have to win almost every game to get to the playoffs.
Dolphins would have to beat Ravens, Bengals, Steelers, Colts, Jaguars, Broncos, or Chargers in playoffs which is unlikely.
So, I say they have a 1% chance.

No they arent as good as they are supposed to be but you may never know sometimes the unexpected makes it like panthers no1 expected them to go so far even though they didnt make it to the superbowl they were at least close and no1 ever thought that was possible

I will be surprised if they win 8 games. I honestly thought that they were going to be better then this and challenge New England for the division crown. They also rushed Culpepper's comeback.
