Are you talking about a plant or an animal's respiration?

Plants respirate through stoma (holes or pores) on their leaves, exchanging carbon dioxide in the air for oxygen (waste product)using photosynthesis.

Animals respirate through lungs or gills, exchanging oxygen in the air for the waste product of carbon dioxide.

This breaks down oxygen and pyruvic acid and creates Co2. Which later produces our beloved ATP and 4NADH. Krebs cycle does not directly require oxygen..it only happens under oxygenated conditions so you should take out the part about it breaking down oxygen...the electron transport chain uses oxygen so keep that part. Also, if youre going to mention NADH, also mention FADH and GTP because they feed into the electron transport chain to give the ATP as well. Also, glcolysis occurs in the cytoplasm, not the mitochondria
