It is obviously the one we have now. Not only is he an embarrassment, "most of our imports come from overseas," but he has in his short term damaged our reputation around the world while pretending to protect us from terror and ff ailed. Bullying the world for your fake agenda does not win friends. How many more will have to die before he is through?

It is a tie between Clinton and Carter. An by the way, Andrew Jackson was never impeached, it was Andrew Johnson.
Carter took the worst President spot because of failed economic and foreign relations problems. Iran terror groups holding Amerians for 444 days and his economic policies that drove us to a brink of an economic depression. Clinton is #2 worst President because he holds 23 records for most criminal acts done either by the President ofr by his administration officials....something Bush will never come close to doing.
As for Bush being worst, he is only the worst President to those ignorant of Presidential history and Governmental law and regulations, G.W.Bush while not the best will be ranked in the second tier in a 4 tier system used by historians because of economic, education and foreign policy issues. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to notice the lack of knowledge in the "Bush bad" crowd. As for others who rank in the worst category, Buchanan, Grant.

I agree that Lincoln was very bad, and mostly for the reasons listed above. I also think Dubya is awfully bad, bordering on Nazi-like.
But, thinking back, I have to vote for Reagan being the worst. He did so much harm to this country economically, and virtually exterminated large parts of Central America. Of course, all of this is assuming that he was even the one in charge. There is at least a small chance the "actor" was merely playing his role while Bush Sr. and Howard Baker ran things from the shadows. Remember, Sr is a former head of the CIA. He has a lot of training at running entire governments in secret.
Reagan was horrific in every arena of running the country that there is.

wow, two "thumbs up" for fr chuck! (someone give him an extra "check" for me, please.)
I'd add FDR and his "New Deal." How about "No Deal"?
Bush can't be the worst; he's a tool - uhh, make that a nut. I think Kheney (Cheney's original name, I believe - see also "Zionsim") is far more dangerous to the American people. And I think a more useful question would be "Who is the most dangerous person in American history?"
"Mmmm the little creatures of nature, they don't know that they're ugly. That's fairly funny; a fly marrying a bumblebee. I told you I'd shoot, but you didn't believe me - WHY didn't you believe me?"

If you are waiting for a Bush vote, I am not biting. Although he is probably not the best we've had in our century, there are 2 others in our history that are considered prime for this award. 1) James Buchanan, probably because he let our country slide into the Civil war and surprisingly, Andrew Jackson. Andrew Jackson was the first President to be impeached, if I remember correctly. His demise however came to be by greedy Republicans wanting control of the government (yeah, we had them back then too). In short, those two I would say are prime candidates, I'll choose James Buchanan to answer your question.

This same question was just asked last week. You want your answer to be either Bush or Clinton. Historically, our worst President was James Buchannan, 15th pres, 1857 to 1861.

So far President Bush is holding the lead. if he would get off of his butt and try some real negotiating with the president of North Korea, then maybe we can avoid another disaster such as a world nuclear war which will destroy everyone. Then no more elections or trade talks with foreign countries because everyone will be gone up in smoke......

The worst president is Bush jr. He should have learned from the mistakes made by earlier presidents.

We can start with Washington in a long line up of those who said one thing and did and still do another. Assuming you meant US Presidents.
