if i become finacially able to pay off all creditors can i stop the bankruptcy procedures? is there a grace period after you file, incase you determine bankruptcy to not be the best option. or are you stuck once you commit to filing

After you filed bankruptcy YES, you can stop the procedures, at anytime. It will show on your credit report, but as long as you take care of your debt you should be ok., you will be able to get back on your feet sooner.

You usually cant stop it,but if it has only been a day,or so you can put it into suspension.
