For example, if this person see's someone dying and see's a piece of glass break, he/she will feel the exact same for both. They dont have emotion to humans and think of them as "objects".

These people are unable to relate to other people. They feel that other people are just objects to be used for their own benefit.
They have lots of emotions about themselves but are unable to realize that other people have emotions. They feel that the world owes them a living and revolves around them.
