well i have liked skilljam.com personally. They have a variety of games, for prizes and money. I also suggest doing free surveys, with sites such as lightspeed.com. They are also free, and give cash when you respond well. Skilljam has many games to choose from and I like it I don't know if they use paypal or not.

Pogo.com. I myself have won actual cash (well, the money came in the form of a check, but you catch my drift) just for playing games. It's unbelievable. Almost as unbeleiveable as finding out when somebody has selected me for a Best Answer. ;)

king.com is where I play, but since I do not use Paypal, I'm uncertain as to whether that would work out for you.
