Do you prefer to eat in groups or eat alone during your lunch break at work?

it depends on my mood,what im eating and how long i have to eat!sometimes if i just wanna eat and get back to work i prefer to eat alone,other times i bring a book and read while eat-with a five year old its the only time i have to read!but other times i like to talk to my coworkers and have a good laugh-but then i dont usually eat much of my lunch and i somehow end up going back to work late!

I used to like to eat with my co-workers, but most of the time you will hear all the complaints about boss, company, or other co-workers, that you don't want to hear. Worse , it will affect your mood, and change your positive attitude to negative if you are the type of person who is easy to be influenced.

Eat alone be the best, but eat with others once a month, like after pay check, go to nearby restaurant to your office/work area...that way, you will not look like anti-social.

If the group is negative - probably be best to find another more positive group.....or eat alone.

I usually eat by myself, sitting in my truck listening to the radio. But at my last job I would sit with my girlfriend and one or two of her friends in her vehicle. I prefer being by myself but it's okay to be beside others from time to time.

when in the mood I will have lunch with co workers. but most of the time I spend my lunch alone catching up on my phone calls and appointments or running errands.
