i want to create a website that everyone can go to and add watever they want to it how do i make my own website. can i do it for free?

Yahoo geocities is a good starting point , that is where I started my first page it is free and it helps with tutorials , just only need to load page builder and it will show you the way. it has templates and / or gives you blank pages to create your own...the only requirement is a yahoo ID
Angelfire is another one I think...just do a search but be prepared to see over 1million sites available , I did it once I just stuck with yahoo it is easy and you can wait till you are ready to post before public can see it .
