I have been offered the opportunity to purchase tickets to attend the BDO next year and am wondering if I am too old to go? I love the music of the bands in the lineup, but people have been saying I am too old. What age do you think is appropriate to stop attending large open air concerts.

Im sixteen so Im in my prime for concert going =]
but i dont reckon you could ever be too old to go a concert
i hope when im old and wrinkly i will still enjoy going to gigs
when i went to green day there were heaps of older people
i dont think it actually bothers anyone, having older people there.
if you like the music, go!
i guess it depends on the bands, some bands like ....kisschasy generally have a younger fanbase, but again if you like the music, still go!

I last went to the BDO when The Prodigy and Offspring played. That was quite a few years ago, I know, but I was in my late 30's then, and I worked in the music business. There were guys I knew there who were older than me, so I don't care if you're 60 and wanna go to the BDO....rock on!

I'm in my early 30's and I"m going to the BDO.
And I must admit, even though I'm not old, compared to all the teens that will be there I will probably feel old.
If you love the lineup then go and enjoy yourself!!

5 minutes after you are dead! Until then go and have a good time. Nobody cares how old you are and you will be amazed at how many people there look older than you.

I didn't know music had age prerequisites....Hell no you're not too old to go and have a few drinks & enjoy good music.

who cares? if you want to go, then go. it shouldnt matter how old you are.
