Music that is on my hard drive , How do I share with people on my buddy list ? is there a way......

Yes, simply send them the music file. In the converstaion window click Send File and select the music file you wish to send, and then make the transfer.

On the IM box there is a button that says send file. You click the button and then look for the folder with the songs that you would want.
