probably but who cares, the whole concept of buying designer clothes & paying double because they have a little crocodile or a little horse on them makes me laugh every day ....

don't get me wrong I'm not cheap, it's just that I'd rather spend my cash on stuff where you know have have a superior item ie you know a Porsche/Mercedes is a much better quality vehicle than some cheaper vehicles - whether it's worth it or not is purely a personal choice - NO-ONE can tell another person what they should spend their money on - depends what's important to them !!!

Buy one of every colour, no-one will ever know the difference !!!

Mari C definately deserves the points with this one. I agree with her entirely.

However, even if they are genuine, any designer label is only as good as its popularity by the last person that bought something from its range. If Lacoste gear went out of fashion (or should I say the Crocodile label went out of fashion as most people I know that buy this sort of gear buy it more for the logo than for the actual item of clothing)The Lacoste brand would be nowhere, whatever standard and style their clothes were made to. Maybe that's what happened here?

They are probably counterfeit. I can't explain how to tell, but if you have a real one and a fake one side by side, you will be able to see the subtle differences. Unless it's a really bad fake, nobody will know it when you are wearing it, so go buy some!

Depends, 50% RRP from a good seller is ok.
Much lower or anything from the east will probably be fake.

they probaly aren't the real deal, or fakes. you can't, all you can depend on might be any images, or a well-known seller on eBay.
