I have Pagota Lights with 3" slip fitters and want to install them at 18" above ground level with 2 1/2" pvc conduits inside and wiring make up

the closest i can think of to that is heavy duty pvc pipe and it is grey in color

You might find it at a greenhouse supply or garden, auto watering manufacturing place. Try to find it on the web wholesale, not retail. When we were in the flower growing business we had pipe like that in the fiels, used it to auto water mums in pots. That's why I say that look at wholesale for growersi

Why in the world would you wnat to install landscape lighting in pipes??? Just buy some landscape lighting stakes or risers...you can get them from any reputable store that sells landscape lighting.
