I had a co-worker whose husband had low sperm count. The RE told them that IVF was their only option. However they went to see a Urologist. The Urologist preformed a procedure to 'open up' his tubes. Three months later with no further medical treatment, she was pregnant. I would take the time to see a urologist as well as your RE. Good Luck!!!

My brother in law had a low sperm count, and ended up marrying my sister because she got pregnant from him, she never took birth control while going out with him for over a year, surprise, had a boy he's 19 years old now, and my sister is divorced from him after being married for a 1 and a 1/2, thought you wanted to know, lol, Good Luck

I have read on a couple web sites that state that just because the guy has a low sperm count, doesn't mean that you can't have kids. It means that the little guys will have to work harder to get there.

The sperm count may be low ,but it just depends on the viability and mobility of the ones he has. Good luck.

Well, my husband had testicular cancer. He had to have one of his "guys" removed, plus all the chemo. We were told there was a chance of less than 4% of us having anymore kids. And we had a little boy.
