What does the Military Commission Act have to do with warrentless wiretapping? The answer to that is nothing. However, you are also incorrect about the Supreme Court saying that it was unconstitutional. The Federal Court in Detroit said it was unconstitutional. It was appealed to the 6th Circuit who declared that the wiretapping could continue until the appeal. The Supreme Court has issued pre-FISA rulings saying that warrentless wiretapping for foreign intelligence purposes is COMPLETELY constitutional under Article II.

no, it's not. but try telling that to a man who said God came to him n told him to invade Iraq. don't forget, he also signed away the writ of habeus corpus for detainees, ppl who r possibly innocent, some of them facing the death penalty if they are us citizens. it truly proves the saying 'absolute power corrupts absolutely'.
