It makes a lot of sense. After you get done ripping off the taxpayers the best thing to do is to take the money and get out of the country before the investigations and lawsuits start.

I doubt it. Bush and his administration has enough support to keep living in the United States. I really don't see them going anywhere and I'm kind of Neutral.

Bush will probably go back to his ranch, since he spends so much time there already. He needs to live there for the rest of his life and reflect on his many failures as president.
