I crack my knuckles and my knees all the time. I used to always be told that it would cause arthritis, but I have recently discovered that to be untrue.

I have actually heard the opposite. It is really good for them. I have never cracked my knuckles or joints on purpose, now I have no knuckles to hold my rings on, so I have to get them made small. Also when it rains or gets hot, my knuckles swell. Keep on cracking them, it keeps them moving.
