Registry Editing is a job for professionals, not amateurs. Please follow advise carefully.
Please go to Start and click on it.
Go to Run and click on it.
In the dialog box that appears, please type in regedit and hit Enter.
In the Registry Editor Panel that opens, please click on Edit.
Move your cursor down in the drop down menu that appears and click on Find.
In the dialog box that appears, please type in the name of the program you want to find, like, for example, winantiviruspro; and hit Enter.
In the right hand Panel, select the values that appear with this name and delete them one by one by single left clicking on the value and then single right clicking there and choosing the option Delete and single left clicking on it.
When all the values have been deleted, go back to Edit and click on it. This time select the Find next Option and click on it. Type in the same winantiviruspro again and hit enter. Again, do what you did earlier by selecting and deleting the values that have the name on the right hand side panel; that appear.
Continue doing Find Next and deleting the values till it shows no more values to delete.
As the Trojan lodges itself in numerous places, you might have a lot of deleting to do.
When you are certain that you've deleted all the traces and values relevant to the Trojan, exit the Registry Editor and reboot.
This time, I'm sure you'll find the computer is clean and the next time you have a pesky Trojan who cannot be easily removed, you know how to manually remove it.
All the best.
Cheers.
PS,
The Registry Area is a dicey palace for amateurs to fiddle around since deleting the wrong file or folder can have disastrous results. Please exercise extreme caution.

I don't recommend that you go into your registry and try to remove this trojan file on a manual basis. If you remove the wrong keys, you could wipe out your entire system and then you will have to reformat.
Here is a program that I have in my pc. It is not free, but you can use it during the evaluation period to remove the program safe from the registry. I have used this program for nine years now an it never once removed a wrong registry key.
Sounds like you have a real nasty trojan in your system.
http://www.rosecitysoftware.com Download thier "Registry First Aid", program. During the evaluation period you should be able to remove the program from the registry 100% safe with the instruction I am going to give you.
Once you have installed the program you will see, "check my registry for errors", and you will see "search the registry for errors". You want to use search the registry for errors".
Type in "winantivirus or different variations of the name. Like the entire name of the program.. Usually you only need say, "winantvirus", then "add"
Now you want to scan, before the scan the RFA, will make a complete backup of your system. You should be able to find this program with the scan. (again I say try different variations of the name of the program, you can just add them to the scan.
Once the program in the registry appears after the scan you want to take your mouse and and you wil see an "arrow pointing down. Left click with your mouse on the arrow so that that each entry or registry key shown drops down and place on delete registry string. Do this with each entry.
Once this is completed then you should reboot your system and after go back to start=run= type in: c://program files= open browser and click on program files an open. Now look for the name of the trojan file an it should allow you to remove the entire file without saying, "file in use". If it does say "file in use"., just reboot again and try again.
You can only use one antivirus programs as you will have conflict with more then one. You can use three or four antispyware programs.
You don't say what antivirus program you have if any. Obvious it did not work for you. I would remove the antivirus program you have an install from http://www.avast.com Excellent free program. You will fill out a small form to get your email so they can send you your free key that is good for one year. After one year you must ask for another key. I use in in one of my pc an I have never had one virus in over nine years. Their corporate software is the same as the free version, they just make corporate pay.
Or you can download what I use in my primary pc with my patients data. Used by the Government of China for their antivirus program. Best technology in the world -- http://www.filseclab.com You will have to pay a one time fee that is good for life. Includes all automatic updates, support an all new versions of the program for life.

Good luck to you,

Winantiviruspro is often caused by a Vundo (Virtumonde) trojan. Vundo can often be removed by using the free VundoFix removal tool, which you can find here:

which is made by atribune:
