A question for New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts...?

I'm originally from Washington and have only lived in the northeast for a while, so tell me: Why are Connecticut drivers so *%#$@*$#%!! slow and stupid? Does the whole state have a disease?

i beleive they do doll but it is everywhere i think there is an epidemic going around ,thats why i dont drive ,oh that and a DWI "lol"have a great weekend
