Government is discriminative because it provide rules to prohibit some people from doing things such as the issuance of a driver's license. They can choose who are qualified to drive and not to drive. The discrimination occurs when there is a discretion.

That is for your own safety as well as that of other drivers, for how do you know that you would not have a seizure whilst driving, at an inopportune moment?

Also, there are not too many Africans in this country, but quite a few blacks. Against them there is discrimination, yes, but nowhere as much as there was years ago. But the 'discrimination' against you is a statute created not out of malice against the epileptic, but in the interest of public safety.

You can do one of a few things: file a civil lawsuit against the state, citing their laws as "discriminatory," and perhaps they might enact a change, if you can prove their law discriminates. Or move out of Kentucky, to a state that does not "discriminate" against people with your condition.

The government is so discriminative because it allows programs to discriminate. For instance, affirmative actions is the definition of discrimination.

as for your problem, what will they do if you tell them you don't have it anymore? I know its not 'curable', but tell them it was a mistake, and you don't have it. how can they prove you have it?
