Yes,he is.He's been doing it to terrorists for years but to do it to americans he actually needs a law.There will be a few american "terrorists" that are about to pop out in prisons

Aparently this gentleman thinks that the constitution should apply to non-americans.

Per this he probably supports nonusa people (illegals too) to get all the same rights & benefits too..

First off, its not even close what you are stating...

Btw, I am a independent voter/thinker and its obvious you arent.

The Millitary Commission Act specifically states it does not apply to American Citizens, (which is what the US Constitution does, it's not the Global Constitution). You might want to read the law instead of blogs.
