I'm from northern New York, The state Ageraculcheral Dept. has trainning programs , Anyone can take the clases, the more enterjettic become Master gardeners. As volentears, to help train the general public. Cornell University is a main player. O-ha --to the Question ,Do's your state have an Agge Dept .?
