They do not want to change the Constitution. The Constitution applies to American Citizens. The suspentions of Habeus Corpus does NOT apply to American Citizens. Is this a Democrat "fear tactic" that the dems are falling for in droves?

Guess who changed -- or think they have -- the Constitution so radically? I'll give you a hint. They wore black robes. They started back in the late 60s.

because they are conservative in regards to legislating christian morals and religious dogma. They need to change the law to gain the power to take away freedoms that they don't like
they are like the wise parent disciplining the wayward child

republicians dont want to change it, they want use it as intended by the framers. they look at it as a contract and the rules of law that protect us from ourselves and those(democrates) that would take away our rights. you know,like-the right to bear arms-right to life,liberty and pursuit or happiness and government responibility to protect its citizens.
