SAIC, MIAD, or RISD, which do I choose?

I like all three schools.

I personally like RISD. I live in Rhode Island and have been in that area a lot of times. It's situated right next to Brown University and they have a really good relationship with Brown, so you can definitely benefit from that. Also, it's right in the heart of Providence, and Thayer Street, where everything in RI takes place. Plus, RISD is a top ranked art school and has a very respectable museum.
