Blue whale, here's why, the Blue Whale is 100 feet long and as big around as an elephant, also it's almost constantly moving out there which means the heart has to work harder, the elephant is, oh, maybe, MAYBE a fifth of the size of a blue whale.
(Mind you the Blue Whale is not the worlds longest animal, the Artic Jellyfish is, reaching tentacles included sometimes up to 120 feet...ick)

A blue whale heart is the size of a Volkswagen Beetle and pumps 10 tons of blood through the massive blue whale body. A blue whale aorta (the main blood vessel) alone is large enough for a human to crawl through.
The Heart of an elephant weighs between 20-30 kg (40 and 60 pounds). No where close to the the Blue Whale.

Definitely the blue whale... Not only is it a larger animal, but diving mammals (if I remember correctly) have a larger blood volume (more blood=more oxygen being carried by it... meaning they can stay under water longer)... More blood needs a larger heart.
