I haven't received any Sue but I can see where you would be sick of it.
Maybe it is some polling organizations taking the temperature of the way the vote will go.
You have a good point, it is no bodies business and I also think you are right about the money part.
Good question,
Darryl S.

Those are called polls that nobody gets to do. Answer them even uncommited is better then a hang up. Be counted and later on be sure and vote for the real thing. That's what is really important, you voice needs to be heard there for sure. I got dial up and stay on the puter all day. LOL

Election time is the most dreaded time of all. Don't get me wrong, I believe we should exercise our right to vote and everything, but it gets so annoying. From phone calls, radio ads, television ads, bumper stickers.... to all the ugly signs on the side of the road. I just get so sick of it all!!!!!

Screen your calls and if that fails get privacy protector from you telephone company another solution leave your answering machine on and return calls to the people you really care to talk too. I am so sick of getting calls from people who are trying to sell me something, that one day I actually unplugged my phone.
Elections seem for sale now to, they market their candidate like
toothpaste.

Tell them you're voting for Mickey Mouse. If they say Mickey Mouse is a fictional character, start crying.

Hmm... I've always wondered who the hell they were calling when they post these polls up on tv. They never call me and I vote all the time.

I hate it! What about the "DO NOT CALL" list for telemarketers? Shouldn't that apply to pollsters too?
