St louis is one especailly with the fact that back before expansion and television when games would be broadcast on radio. St Louis was the team in the midwest. they had following in the south and west as well, since most of your major teams were on the east coast.

NY and Boston are definately on top, but after those 3.....Id say St. Louis, SF and LA.....but nothing is close to Yankee Stadium
