Perry Como did one called "Delaware". The lyrics are in the first link.

The second link is a small clip of the song so you can get a feel for the tune.

OOPS! Sorry, I just realized you were looking for one with people's names... the Perry Como stuff is about the United States. I'll leave it up here for you because it's actually kind of fun, but my apologies... it's not really what you were looking for.
