What happens on tonight's Grey's Anatomy?

I live on the west coast so i have about an hour to go and I can't wait.....spoilers please?

MAJOR SPOILER:

The show starts out at the house where they are trying to get Izzie to go by the hospital and more importantly to deposit her check.

Callie and Mc Steamy wake up in bed together and she wishes he would shut up about the calls from George.

Bailey told Meredith, Alex, george and Cristina to go with her to M&M.

Derek magnanamously gave Addison both his houses in New York to expedite the divorce.

Burke gets a patient, a mother of a newborn who now has to have a mastectomy for breast cancer.

At the M&M, Burke tried to take responsibility for Denny's death but the doctors wanted to blame Bailey. This angered Alex as they pegged her for having unruley interns. Izzie walked in to hear the mess she had created.

Addison gets a patient, a woman whose IUD is stuck to her ex husband's penise piercing. Meredith is told about the divorce and has to listen to how these patients have been having sex for five years even though the wife is remarried.

Callie told Meredith that she slept with another guy and asked if she should tell George. Meredith asked Callie if she should tell Derek that she broke up with Finn.

Izzy went to talk to Burke about the money. He told her that she should feel sorry for having two good hands and not using them.

Bailey tries to act more professional about her patient sending in Mark to consult on breast reconstruction. The mother tells her husband to pick as they were for him. Alex and Mark agree with the wife.

Meredith keeps bumping into Derek trying to find the right time to tell him what is up. He suggests she get new xrays of the couple stuck together.

Richard compliments Preston for the M&M. He tells him it is goo to have him back.


At Lunch the interns talk about the mother and about how Izzy should spend the check.

When doing so, the couple's daughter walks in on them demanding payment for the therapy she will need after this.

Preston tells Christina that he tried to tell the Chief about his hand but the words just wouldn't come out. He tells her he will not operate, however.

Addison and Richard oversee a radiological procedure to separate the pair, Meredith and Christina do the maipulation. In the process the man has a heart attack. The only doctor available is Burke.

Mark and Addison talk about the affair they had and how she never told Derek the truth.

The Chief tells Bailey to remember that being a parent makes you a better doctor.

Burke and Christina prepare to operate on the man. All the interns are in the gallery and Izzy. As the surgery gets longer, Burke feels his hand failing but before anyone can notice Christina asked if she could practice her whipple stitch on the heart, He lets her and instructs her as she does. Izzy gets jealous.

Addison tells Derek that she had an affair befre and after the so called one night stand with Mark, with Mark, and that Derek should keep one of the houses, the brownstone. He tells her all he wants is her out of Seattle.

Bailey goes to talk to the mother to tell her that she is wrong for blaming her baby for the breast tumor and to get over it. The mother is amazed Bailey could see what she is feeling when no one else could.

Meredith runs into Derek again and tells him about Finn but he seems shaken by the revelation with Addison and says little.

Izzy visits the Chief to tell him about the money and how it means nothing because all she wants is to be a surgeon. He agrees.

Mark tells Derek that he knows he learned the truth and he knows that if it had said sooner Derek would be with Meredith a year ago. Derek told him that they are not friends any more.

After work George brings videos and fried chicken to try and apologize to Callie for the other night. Callie tells him thet she dumped him. He says he did not know that. She confirms it and closes the door in his face.

Meanwhile Addison and Mark are in another room having sex again.

At the house, the check is magnetted to the fridge as Izzy is not sure if she will cash it but she says the money should go to do something good. Meredith is tempted by the check but George pulls her away from the fridge.

Izzie did not deposit the check, Meredith told Derek that she broke up with Finn, Addison told Derek that she and McSteamy were more than a one night stand that they actually lived together after he left til she caught him with another girl, Dr. Burke performed his first surgery, Christina helped him out, Izzie asked to come back.

George's girl does sleep with Addison's affair guy. Izzy still does not cash the $8.7 million check....but she decides that she does want to be a Dr.
Derek and Addison's divorce is final.........Addison sleeps with the affair guy, again.... She admits to McDreamy that her affair was not a 1 niter, she lived with him for 2 months after he left.
Poor George.

A divorced married couple come in because they had sex and are stuck... he has a piercing and she an I.U.D. McDreamy gets divorced, and well.... Izzy is Izzy lol it's a good one!
