Canada, only because I've been to Mexico and I really could use some re-fills for expensive prescription drugs. The weather, however, is not something I would look forward to at this time of year. I had a field hockey player that used to laugh when we thought it was cold.
Of course, I'd love to hit further south in Mexico than I've been to explore more of the historical sights.

Canada. No question. Unless I was looking for illicit drugs, like cocaine or heroine. Then I would go to Mexico. On the other hand, I would go to Canada for pharmaceuticals. But that's all just hypothetical.

CANADA!!! Too much bad stuff going on in mexico. Besides that the wildlife and terrain is gorgeous in canada. Theres a train you can ride through canada and see the wilderness, ive never done it but ive seen the brochures. looks like heaven.

Canada! it's not that cold.. Go to Whistler, learn to ski..Go to Georgian Bay for beautiful white sand beaches, warm water and no sharks... Go to Banff hot springs..
Take the train through the Rocky mountain. On and on...
Why do most US people think it's so cold here? Look what just happened in NY! I love the States, but there are many cold places there too.
Mexico..gets boring after a while.

Mexico! There is culture there that is not that available in the U.S. My first time to Mexico was amazing, but try to stay away from resorts as far as experiences go, because everything on resort grounds is much more like the U.S.

I'd take Mexico because I can have sunny beaches and warm weather all year long just like here in Florida.
Plus lots of pretty girls and nice people.
I can learn Spanish pretty easily.
