caught last episode where the night nurse got hit by a bus but what happened this week ? did julia find out what happened to her or did sean tell her?

You really didn't miss much. It was actually boring this week. Christian decided he was through being used by Michelle's husband and left in the middle of sex act. So the old dude took Viagra and tried having sex with her himself. Ended up having a stroke and demanded that Christian fix his face. During surgery he flatlined and Michelle jaust stared at Christian she really didn't want him to save her husband but she didn't say it. She took her husband home to recuperate and took a leave from the office. Liz got really sick and collapsed during surgery. Her remaining kidney isn't working right and she needed a transplant. Christian and Sean got tested to be donors. Christian didn't match but Sean was a 5 out of 6 match meaning he could donate her his. He lied and said he didn't match because he was afraid of going through with the surgery and didn't think he would be healed in time to operate on the baby. Matt got tested and he matched, so he was willing to do it. Sean didn't want him to. Christian got drunk and charmed his way back into Kimber's bed making her think there was a future for them. After sex he burst her bubble and said he was just using her to get laid. She got pissed and seduced Matt. Mrs. Budge (or whatever Rosie O's name is on the show), got her ear cut off after purchasing expensive earrings. She went to the docs to get a new ear. Sean took her to a genetics lab where they grew a new ear for her on the back of a mouse. While recuperating after surgery she talked with Liz who was on a dialysis machine. They became friends and Rosie donated her kidney (she was a 6 of 6 match) to Liz.

Well Rosie O'Donnell used to be again and he or she used to be "ear jacked" and wanted a brand new one. And Christian used to be in distruction mode and had slept with Kimber. Kimber bought her hopes up once more and was hoping matters have been smoothing out with Christian. But Christian walked out on her and made her think like crap. And I believe Kimber goes to make use of Matt for vengeance. And Sean used to be hiding the truth that he used to be a superb fit to deliver one in all his kidneys to Liz. But fortunately after he confessed the reality Rosie O'Donnell's person used to be even a greater fit and gave one in all her kidneys to Liz. Liz and her have constructed a powerful friendship bond.

I don't think the mentioned her anymore in this episode. Dawn (Rosie O'Donnell's character) came back because she had been "earjacked" and needed Christian and Sean to grow her a new one. Matt tried to hit on Kimber then she got offended. Then Christian and Kimber slept together and she thought that they were going to get back together but then he told her he just needed to screw someone. My guess was to get back at the black doctor woman for having sex with her husband causing him to have a heart attack. At the end, Matt and Kimber got together.

Kimber slept with Christian who told her it was only for sex so she slept with Mark to get even
The Boss had a stroke after taking Viagra and the guys had to work on his face.
Rosie's character came in for a new ear because her old one was cut off by earing thieves. She had a rat grow one.
Liz was a match for Shawn's kidney but he didn'y want to do it until Matt voluteered. That is when he learned that Rosies's character is a perfect match for Liz. They met in recovery while liz was dialyzing. Romance is in the air.
