How much does the effectiveness of oral birth control decrease if you don't take it exactly on time?

I'll sometimes forget for an hour or two after the usual time. How much does the effectiveness percentage drop from doing that?

I just want to know the difference between 10 PM and 11 PM. I understand waiting an entire half day will throw off the effectiveness greatly.
