There are many causes of blisters. Irritation, Allergies, Infections, Skin diseases, and Medications.

It could be shingles. An adult form of Chicken Pox. It doesn't matter if you had Chicken Pox as a child. Get to the doctor quick. It can be very serious.

blisters are usually associated with burns, I know it's tempting but do not pop it. If it pops on its own then spread neosporin on it and cover with a band-aid.
