Led Zeppelin is one of the greatest bands ever, if you don't like them then it's your loss. Obviously you are only stated your opinion and not a fact.

Obviously you haven't listen to all their albums. They have a broad range of music from rock to blues to boogie to Middle Eastern music. They were one of rock's most influencial groups & their music continues to be played and covered today.
I would suggest not relying on FM radio as a good overview for the music of Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dylan, Aerosmith, Kiss, Boston, Styx, Foreigner, Moody Blues, etc etc. These groups/artists did so much more than the 2 or 3 limited, heavily rotated songs which FM allows.

Finally! Someone with an intelligent post about Led Zeppelin.
Yes, their music was boring. Their lyrics were not understandable("if there's a bustle in your hedgerow", what the hell does that mean?), and Jimmy Page is the most OVERRATED guitarist ever. If you were a fan of Zeppelin, you were probably 'stoned' out of your mind.
And no, I'm not some young whipper-snapper.

Obviously you are a young whipper snapper .. who hasnt quite grown taste buds for quality music and musicianship.. Zeppelin is some of the best.. I dont want to know what you think is good if you are bored by them.. EEKK>> GROW UP!!!!

Not, sometimes there are parts that have a middle east sound to them, they aren't boring, just the opposite, they are exotic. I didn't listen to it in the seventies because when I was in high school, I thought their lyrics were too slutty re: lemon and juice, so I didn't listen to them then, "when the levee breaks" Hey they were a head of their time re: New Orleans

No way, they are one of the most original bands out there and could go from acoustic to hard rock to world music while still maintaining a signiture sound.

you should be bludgened to death by big rocks for saying that led zeppelin is one of the greatest bands ever their music is original and exciting ever hear the song kashmir that song is bad ***!!!!! Led Zeppelin laid the foundation for modern rock

think about it this way... all bands have a unique sound therefore the sound should appear in about every song and either way, led zeppelin's awesome

My mother hated it - she'd say "I don't know how you can stand to listen to that noise!" but I still enjoy their music, which does not sound repetitive and boring to me.
