can blc and white paper change to color paper from the sun?

There is a arts & crafts product called Solar Print that, when exposed to the sun, will change from white to a coloured paper. The UV rays actually develop the paper.

I dont think so but I know color fades on black paper in the sun

White will turn to a yellowish color. Black will just fade, maybe also to yellow.
