I have tried original and ephedra free Hydroxycut and other supplements like the original MetaboLife and Stacker, and Xenedrine, and have gotten mixed results. As long we you don't have high blood pressure or pre-existing heart conditionts, you should be ok with a diet pill. Of course, if you ever feel any adverse effects, you should stop taking it and consult a doctor.

i am now trying slimquick just started it i only need to lose 6 pounds i weigh 129 and i have a pouch from a c-section i had 8 years ago i used relacore for 4 months and it does work my weist is a lot smaller but you have to take it for a good few months to notice a difference..i have used hydroxy in the past but it made me mean and so i quit taking it..but i will tell ya if the slimquick works in A MONTH...I also walk and excercise and eat right so if your just relying on pills w-out excecise i dont know if it will work

I used Herbalife and excerised. I lost 30lbs in 4 months. The shakes and snacks taste good. It is a healthy and easy to follow. They always have people to call if you have questions while using the program. I'm sure they have a website for more information. Good luck with whatever you choose!
