If someone in your area or if you live near a wireless hot spot you can recieve internet access but you may need a passcode. Most Starbucks, McDonalds, and other buisnesses have wireless but they might require you to buy something to get the passcode. All universities free wireless. you can also get a wireless adapter from a cell phone company such as Sprint or Verizon.

in order for you to be charged you would have to use AT&Ts "wireless internet".. if your phone is equipped enough to change wireless connections to your private connection then it is like you were never on the internet in the first place, as far as AT&T knows. however, be sure your phone is connected through your own connection every time, some of these phones will automatically set themselves back to default settings!

It depends on where you go. If you go to a coffee shop that has it, they usually expect you to buy a cup of coffee.
