Sometimes I take two, or three Viactivs instead of one because they're so darn tasty.

Is this dangerous for me? What are the negative effects?

Absolutely. Fat-soluble vitamins are entirely absorbed by your body, these can build up to toxic levels.

doctors are professional so please follow strictly their prescription on medicine/vitamin, or what ever stated on the bottles/boxes of that medicine/vitamin ! Think, if there aren't any side effect n i am the manufacturer or supplier, of course i would like you[consumer] to dump more into your body so i can make tons of money !

be careful with medicine/vitamin, if you wanted something tasty, why not try some candy or sweet !

overdose could cause serious problem, what ever excess in our body could turn into waste n or toxic !

as of negative effect, it could be anything but normally only appear much later, by then its too late ! Take good care of yourself !
