The easiest way to get over a man is to find a new one. Truly. But, that's not the healthiest way. The best way is to focus on loving yourself and being happy with yourself. You have to accept that its over, and accept that its going to be painful and commit to withstanding it and it gets easier and easier with time. You also have to try your best to not take it personal, by that I mean don't internalize it like its your fault, like you could have done something to prevent it or change it. You can't control other people the sooner you realize that you had not control over him cheating or not, the sooner you can let go. The only permanent relationship you will have in your life is with yourself, take time to love yourself and learn yourself.

First off love is never a easy thing to get over. And to try to rush it can create problems in all of your future relationships. So take your time and don't beat yourself up over it and do your best to remain intact. The pain will fade with time. Also never allow him back into your life no matter how bad you may want to. There are other men out there that will have a greater respect for love just don't rush into the next time. This time make the time to really get to know what the both of you are about.................

it is not easy getting over a man that you cared about very easily but now if he cheated on you now that is a different dtory.if he really cared about you than he would not have cheated.you could look at it that way.but you can find a man that will be truthful and love you for who you are.good luck and remember that there are more fish in the river and better men to choose from.

currently I was just put into this situation myself. I deserve better so I will move on for me. I am derserving of a better man because I am better than he... is what I tell myself. We were together 6 and a half years and this hapened just today. I caught them, moved out and I feel relief even though my heart is still shattered. maybe this will work for you.

First of all, it ends when I find out he's cheating. Then I wonder why I didn't see the signs or if I was ignoring the signs and try and learn from the situation so I don't pick another loser.
