NO!!!!!! I got a fiance whose feet are a size 10 maybe 11 in some shoes!!! He has a wonderfully sized Co**! I'm not saying he is HUGE but he has nothing to be shy about, I think it's a great size!!! I dated a guy with huge hands and feet and he doesn't even make the chart for average size which I believe is 6-7 in. He was well under that average! But to be fair Size Doesn't Matter, it helps for some but it doesn't always mean great sex!! Some men have the size but not the coordination!!! Get It!!!!!

Not really. Although there's some correlation (a big person would have a tendency to be bigger in many areas than a small person), there's no absolute that someone who has size 13 shoes, for example, would be necessarily more "gifted" than someone who wears size 10.
