Pretty much. It can be more intense with masturbation. I had a guy explain this to me once, he said "it's like you just know yourself TOO well..." But I think there can be "low peaks" during intercourse that are like mini-orgasms. It often takes young women a bit of practice to be able to have an orgasm during intercourse, so in her eagerness to have one, she might be considering these low peaks the real thing. Practice makes perfect!
And orgasming both ways is natural for women, by the way.

well if he knows what he is doing, it should feel more tense them masterbation...if he don't. masterbation is diffinately the route to go!!! hahaha
