I work at a law firm as a caterer and i dont have desk or an office but when there are no clients there is nothing to do, i have cleaned out the firdges and cuboards and everything i can think of, i dont want to look like im not doing anything but there is just nothing to do, i am 17 and everyone else is a lot older so i dont really have much to say to them, any ideas.

well i have been there once or twice lol i would always say
"hey i have a bit of time on my hands is there anything u need help with" there could be copying, shreding, filing any number of things to help it worked for me hope it helps u too gl

To put a feather in your cap and maybe more money in your pocket, approach your boss and ask for more to do. Just might get you a promotion doing it.

maybe you could ask others if you could help them with anything. or ask your boss is there anything else that you could do

come up with ideas to better your services. critique yourself. you have good work ethics. keep up the good work.
