An IRQ is an interrupt request. IRQL is Interrupt request level. An interrupt is request for the attention of the kernel, or operating system. If your computer is crashing like this, then it means that something very basic to the operating system is failing dramatically. You could try to roll back to the last known good configuration. Hopefully that will help. Maybe there are misbehaving drivers. Really, this means your computer is completely confused and has no idea what to do next.

It is usually a bad driver file. You should run a chkdsk and a scannow sfc.
