Just wear a shirt that shows off your cleavage. That always works for me when I go back to the dollar general. Sometimes I even get in good with the manager. YOu know what I mean?

Usually it should be one concise page but if you have the experience to fill two pages thats great. Make sure common things such as Word Processing and other pretty easy things are not taking space in the resume because most employers at these offices assume you do know how to type and other easy things.

i might want to somewhat advise you decrease off to at least one web page. some employers get lazy to ascertain it if there are too a lot writings in the resume. i take advantage of to have 2 pages of resume yet at the same time as i replaced into cautioned by technique of a HR workers to reduce and eliminate the no longer functional information, I did that and that i said a distinction with employers.

Cut. I oversaw professionals in 1/2 of one state. Resumes came regularly from around the states. More than 2/3's of page and I wasn't interested.
Give your degree(s) and institution - they don't need a major.
Give relevant work history - they don't need addresses.
Give career goal - in no more than 3 sentences.
Give them the basics. If they want more, they can ask.

Short and simple, only relevance counts.
If you're blabbing on and on, then no, nobody will pay attention.
If everything you have matters (after two pages) and makes sense, keep it.
Don't go into how you were a waitress or a cashier at the local supermarket... ONLY law and what you've done and why you count.

2 pages as long as it's not all bunched together is a very reasonable amount... anymore than that then employers seem to shy away from those
