I think that they all should receive the death penalty. That's not possible though since some states do not uphold the practice of capital punishment. I don't think serial killers and violent sexual offenders should be quarantined though because maybe society can get lucky again...remember when an inmate murdered Jeffrey Dahmer in prison?

For serial killers, I'd put them to work. If they have no problem taking a life, why not put them to work?
Drop them off in your favorite country.
Rapists are the lowest form of scum IMO. Kill em.
BUT there needs to be a VERY thorough system to determine who is acutally a rapist, not just cause Mary-Sue said so.

Absoutely. They should be executed ; If that is is nottobe thna they should be isolated from each other by at least 6 ft, with absoute silence. Bread and water for life. no parole, no boyfriends in jail, no sex, no communications with the outside world. This should include drug dealers, users afte rthe third time, pimps, crooked congressmen, lawyers, judges, and busienssmenwho steal from their investers.
People with more than one count against thenm for assualt, robery, burglery,should go also.

To hell with quarentined.....I have enough money to provide the bullets instead of letting serial killers sit on death row and live on our hard earned tax money. Child sex offenders and sex offenders of the elderly, well, they are sick as hell and need the same treatment.
