Because half the time the man doesn't just sack-up and tell us he's in a pissy mood. He clams up, and the more he clams up, the more we pry.
If guys would just be straight and say "hey, I'm in a bad mood", we'd probably back off.

Some women think that talking solves everything. If their man comes home and isn't talking or he is just grumpy from having a bad day, the wife takes it personally.

When I am in a bad mood, my male workmates seem to get on my hind end about everything.
I can get so cat like, "I can have a nasty temper like a Cougar."
So I have come to conclude that when I am in a bad mood, my workmates feel that it is “hunting season.”

How do you know for sure that she knows your upset! Women aren't mind readers, if you haven't express verbally that you are angry you can't expect her to know that and leave you alone!! The same way some women expect you to know what she wants from you or what she wants you to say to her!!!!!
